Prob is in their refusal to assimilate at least partially, end result is Ghettos, Ghettos cause poverty and isolation, crime goes up and trouble begins. Its especially problematic with Arabs and Eastern ppl in general, they are very ... emotional so to say , all of their emotions are vastly magnified, if you make em angry they wont keep it inside or try to pacify themselves, they will take it all out on you aggressively and each aggressive person will make the ppl around him even more aggressive and so the second trait of the Arabs is going off - mob behavior. On the upside this stuff works the same for emotions such as fear, if you route a few of them the mob behavior quickly reverses and everyone starts to run away in panic, sorta end result is they fall under the definition of cowards too, the problem is to start it though. BTW the emotion stuff goes the same in more positive directions as well - Happiness or respect and such are also highly magnified in their communities.
