I don't know honestly, probably because it gets more publicity than say, the Challenger II or Leopard 2.
Though I'm going to pay slightly more attention when I make the Chally, as for the Leopard we might use Manus's model if he lets us. After that it's the MBT 3000 and T-90 to do.
My requests for the Merkava and Twardy were denied unfortunately.

What do you mean denied ? Either way when it comes to that classic patriotic argument of M1 vs T-90 Im afraid the Russians achieved all the M1 did and even more in a 48t tank instead of a 63t one
, in fact I think the Russians have one of the lightest MBTs in the world, gj Putin !

Re: FC content pack flan's [UBERTHREADNAUGHT]
I originally suggested a big list of vehicles, but Flan and War wanted it split up among nations based on the stuff we had already made, which makes sense as we assign teams to them for multiplayer. I might sneak them in as standalone later.
And patriotic argument? Please, the Leopard and Challenger II outperform the M1. The Challenger even makes tea for gods sake.

The British tank makes tea.
This completely fails to surprise me.

Re: FC content pack flan's [UBERTHREADNAUGHT]
Well prob is nobody cares about both
, M1 vs T-90 is all the rage these days though they indeed fall short before diff european models and naturally our lil national pride, it doesn't make tea though >.> .
And now that I look at it isn't that M1 a bit too small ?

Re: FC content pack flan's [UBERTHREADNAUGHT]
C-II and L2 would whip the M1 and T-90. Therefore I nominate the Challenger II with complete tea-making ass-kicking functionality.

Re: FC content pack flan's [UBERTHREADNAUGHT]
T-90 and M1 are fairly unipressive, but there's lots of them. Hell, even Poland has a better tank. And it has the best name ever (Twardy).
And that M1 is scaled up, 1.25:1 or at least it's supposed to be, there's a chance my calculations are shite. I'll double check but I can literally just scale the size up/down by writing a line in the config.
But then again I used the config from my Churchill VII, and Flan has probably made changes to that so it might be scaled down when it's not supposed to be.
However I had to scale the Tornado down because it was bigger than the Lancaster (IRL a Tornado F3 is only 2m shorter than a Lancaster) so it might end up being slightly small to facilitate the scales of everyone else's tanks, but this is the first modern tank made for the pack so it should be the benchmark. And even then I'm probably going to end up making the tanks.

I wish for a BMPT. Chally II would also be nice, but you'd have to nerf it because it's invincible.

Re: FC content pack flan's [UBERTHREADNAUGHT]
Chally II is planned. But not the BMPT. We haven decided if we will add artillery, but if we do we'll be using the TOS-1.ACH0225 wrote:I wish for a BMPT. Chally II would also be nice, but you'd have to nerf it because it's invincible.
Also by adding a Chally II we also add the only thing that can kill a Chally II

Why not the now-planned TOS-2? I think uralvagozavod is going to show the model sometime soon.
